Kwetu Training Centre (KWETU) is implementing ‘Farming for Environmental and Economic Development’ (FEED) project in areas include Kilifi County with the aim of contributing to resilience building through climate change mitigation, adaptation, and biodiversity conservation among smallholder farmers. Kwetu Training Centre hereby invites your company to submit a quotation for the supply of early-maturing and Drought-Tolerant Seeds.

Quoted price to include freight charges to Kwetu Training Centre offices in Mtwapa, Mtomondoni Village, off Mombasa-Malindi highway.

Your quotation shall be based on the following requirements:

  1. Full name, address, email address and telephone numbers of your company and contact persons.
  2. Prices should be inclusive of VAT where applicable. KWETU shall engage only with suppliers of goods and services compliant with the Kenyan tax laws.
  3. Validity: Quotations must remain valid with firm and fixed prices for 30 days after the closing date.
  4. All quotes to bear company’s stamp.
  5. Delivery of items within 7 working days (Monday to Friday) after awarding of tender by Kwetu Training Centre.
  6. Quotations shall be sent to email address to procurement@kwetukenya.org and copy to (CC) admin@kwetukenya.org  or physical delivery to Kwetu Training Centre main office within the stipulated RFQ timelines stated above.
  7. Payments will be made directly to the quoting companies name via cheque and/or electronic funds transfer (EFT).
