USAID Tujitegemee is a five-year program funded by USAID and PEPFAR to support orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) and adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) in( Kilifi and Mombasa )counties. Kwetu, in partnership with AMURT, is implementing this OVC program. In line with the USAID Kenya Health Partnership for Quality Services (KHPQS) framework, the program aims to increase access to and demand for quality HIV prevention services, as well as enhance access to quality health and social services for OVC and their families. The project contributes to Kenya’s attainment of the UNAIDS 95-95-95 targets. It focuses on providing need-based, age-appropriate OVC services through case management approach.

Kwetu is implementing the project in Kilifi South,  Ganze and Magarini Sub Counties in Kilifi County.
